Sorry, we don’t do half sizes. At Heelys, we do everything in full — but if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit.

Step 1: Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall. Stand on it with your heel against the wall.

Step 2: Mark the tip of your longest toe. Repeat for both feet.

Step 3: Measure from the wall edge to the mark in centimeters or inches, and compare with the size chart above.

Between sizes? Measurements are approximate. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

DELIVERIES

All our orders are shipped via DPD from our UK warehouse and we aim to deliver orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

STANDARD SHIPPING

€8.99 standard rate Delivery 2-4 working days in France

Free delivery on orders over €79.99.

Our standard business days are Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Shipping times shown are from the time of shipment confirmation, not from the time the order was placed.

We currently do not dispatch on Dutch public holidays - please allow extra time for deliveries during these times. Click here to learn more about these dates.

For registered users, to track your order, please log in, access your order, and view the 'Order Shipments' tab. You can also view your order history and check the status. You can also click the link in your shipping confirmation email.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if they are in a saleable, unworn condition.

It is the customer's responsibility to cover any return shipping costs. We recommend that returns be sent by a recorded or signed delivery service of your choice, so that your return is tracked and insured. Goods remain the customer's responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging and can be resold as is with all tags still attached, etc. If the product is deemed used or unsellable, Heelys reserves the right to decline the return request and refuse to issue credit to the buyer.

We can provide you with information on how to use these services once you have completed our returns form provided in your order. Please email us if you require a returns form or if you have any problems with your return.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received and inspected your package, your return should be processed within 7 business days. Once processed, refunds will be returned to the original payment source and may take up to 5 business days to be reflected, depending on your bank.

If you believe your products are defective, please contact our customer service team at customer.care@uk.heelys.com with any information and images describing any defect or damage.

EXCHANGES

Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not offer a traditional exchange service. Instead, a new order must be placed and the old order returned for a refund. Once we receive your original items in the warehouse, the usual return process applies.
